About Us
Hi, I’m Qudsia – PN Certified Nutrition Coach and Certified in Child Nutrition (Stanford University), passionate about helping people break free from restrictive diets.
I’m also just a girl who loves food and that’s where the name NutriCrave comes from: finding nutrition in everything you crave.
Like many, I once followed strict, overrated diets where I was told to give up rice and chocolate. In the end, the only thing I gained was stress and depression – completely lost my mental peace. Boring diets drain happiness and without happiness, no journey is sustainable.

Are “detox teas” or crash diets safe?
No. They may cause quick weight loss but also nutrient deficiencies, fatigue, and rebound weight gain. Sustainable, balanced eating is the safest and most effective method
Do I need supplements to be healthy?
Not always. A well-balanced diet usually covers most needs. Supplements may be considered if you have deficiencies (like Vitamin D or B12) or special health conditions, but they should never replace real food.

. How many calories should I eat to lose weight?
Calorie needs depend on your body, lifestyle, and goals. That’s why all NutriCrave plans are customized—we don’t use “one-size-fits-all” formulas.
Can I still lose weight if I don’t exercise?
Yes, weight loss starts with nutrition. Exercise helps with fitness, metabolism, and toning, but even without workouts, a tailored plan can bring results
Do I need to eat six small meals a day to lose weight?
Not at all! Whether you eat 3 big meals or 6 smaller ones, what matters is your total daily intake and balance of nutrients.

Do you make meal plans for medical conditions like PCOS or diabetes?
Yes. We design condition-specific plans that balance blood sugar, reduce inflammation, and support hormone health while still being enjoyable and realistic.
Is pregnancy nutrition different from regular nutrition?
Yes. Pregnancy requires extra iron, folate, calcium, and protein. Our pregnancy plans are trimester-specific to support both mom and baby safely.
Can kids follow diet plans too?

How important is hydration in weight loss?

How long before I see results?
